1:1 Individual Mental Performance Consulting
Mental Performance Consulting is individual coaching designed to strengthen how clients think, prepare, and perform under pressure. This work focuses on developing mental skills such as focus, confidence, emotional regulation, self-talk, and resilience, while aligning mindset with clear goals and daily processes.
Sessions are tailored to performance demands in sport, business, leadership, and life—helping clients perform consistently, adapt to challenge, and train their mind with the same discipline they bring to their craft.
Executive/ Leadership Coaching
Executive/Leadership coaching is meant to improve workplace outcomes or personal domains that translate into better work outcomes. Coaching in this context commonly refers to improving certain “soft skills” that will help you achieve your professional goals, such as communication, EQ, and empathy, or to a diagnostic process that reveals skills that need improvement.
Professional coaching is a six-month program delivered across eight total coaching sessions.
Substack Newsletter: Mental Arena
Mental Arena is my substack newsletter where high performers train their minds. We blend sport psychology and learning science into weekly mental reps that sharpen focus and build resilience. Each issue delivers actionable insights drawn from the worlds of L&D, sport, performance psychology, and elite training. Daily “mental reps” is also provided via Substack notes, which provides an ongoing mental training program.
Mental Arena is delivered via Substack and is not a coaching program.
